Will my app have StoreLab branding?
StoreLab produces white-label apps. There will be no StoreLab branding on your published app.
Does StoreLab sync with Shopify?
YES! StoreLab pulls all of your product and categories data directly from Shopify and acts as a sales channel. You interact with StoreLab directly from the Shopify dashboard.
Are there any prerequisites I should know about?
To publish on both the IOS & Android store, you need to have Apple and Android developer accounts set up. Our implementation specialists are more than happy to assist you with getting these accounts sorted.
How are push notifications sent with StoreLab?
You send push notifications from the “Engage” tab of the StoreLab dashboard.
We use integrations on our Shopify Store. Will StoreLab be able to interact with them?
StoreLab partners with a number of major Shopify apps: if your favourite integration isn’t on our list, get in touch with our support team, who will add it for you.
